Four tools that do the tedious part for you.
Auditing a GA4 property, writing an ecommerce dataLayer, standing up a GTM and server container: each of those is days of work done mostly from memory. I got tired of redoing them, so I built them. The fourth covers the part nobody checks: keeping it all working once it is live. All four are live, and you can use them. Hosted under New North Digital.

GA4 Audit Tool
Find the things your GA4 setup gets wrong.
Connects to your GA4 + Google Ads + Meta Pixel and runs around 50 checks across tracking, attribution, consent, and ad-platform health. Spits out a ranked findings list with the fix per issue.

DataLayer Builder
Compose ecommerce dataLayer events in minutes.
Pick a CMS, pick the events you need, get the implementation code with a validator + CMS-specific timing patterns built in. Saves the days you'd otherwise spend reading documentation.

GTM Composer
Boilerplate a full GTM + sGTM container from a client profile.
Web + server containers with consent, attribution, server-side tags, and CMS-specific dataLayer adapters. Deploys straight into the client's GTM account when you're ready.

Tag Monitor
Know a tag broke the hour it breaks.
Watches every tag in your web and server-side GTM containers. Each tag reports when it fires, fails or slows down, and you get an alert when one goes quiet, drops in volume or starts failing. Most tracking breaks silently after a site update; this catches it before the monthly report does.

Or skip the tooling and have it done.
The tools cover the mechanical part. The judgement calls, which findings actually matter and what to change first, are the work I do with clients.
